We're headed into a relaxing weekend after an extremely fun and busy week! We've merged Audrey into one nap per day, at the same time as Ella, and the mornings seem endless!!! I started off the week Monday morning with brunch and a pedi with Naira, we met at the Town Center Tuesday for Pottery Barn Kids story time, lunch and shopping, and we had a babies playdate Wednesday while Ella and Jetta were in school. Audrey had so much fun with the boys (twins 14 mo.) and was all energy despite the changing of schedule! Thursday we met Laura and some of her friends at the Zoo! With eight 2-4 year olds, there was much more running around and squealing than looking at the animals. A new playground and water fountain just opened overlooking the howler monkeys and the children wore themselves out. We're so glad that would bought the membership.
We also started decorating for Christmas!!!! Our tree is up and beautiful! It's amazing to see the difference in Ella's conception of Christmas in comparison to last year. She's obsessed!! The office party for Chris' staff is going to be a restaurant nearby and then everyone is coming back to our house for desserts and cocktails. I'm searching around for great recipes, so if anyone has anything to pass along, let me know!!! TGIF!!!
