Halloween was a much anticipated holiday around here. Visions of ladybugs, parties, and sugar plums danced in our heads. It began with a Halloween party at preschool. Most of the mommies stayed for the day while the children played Halloween games, jumped in the bouncy houses on the playground, ate lots of treats, and lined up to parade around the school. Audrey and I stayed for the whole morning (forgoing the a.m. nap) and had a blast. Audrey crawled around the classroom as if she were one of the big kids. Of course my camera's battery died immediately after arriving, but I came home to charge it in time for the evening festivities.
