For the last three months we have been trying to have a night out with Christina and Jeff and something always comes up. Although we've had many bbq's, pool parties, etc., we were looking forward to a nice night away. Apparently there is a greater power not in favor. The plan was to put Maddox down at our house and share the babysitter. We were all dressed up and extremely excited and the girl never showed! No phone call, no text, no nothing. After waiting 45 minutes, we let the men put the kids to bed , while Christina and I went to Roy's, had a martini and waited for our take-out. We still had a fun night, playing cards and the Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader DVD game. Slightly cheesy, but fun! And Chris and I won the million!!! Not quite the evening we were looking for....
